Hi , I'm Leigh, Welcome to Soul Therapy !

​

I'm here to help you discover the many physical and mental heath benefits of a regular yoga practice, in a safe, supportive, friendly environment.

​

My philosophy is rooted in BALANCE! in movement, in feeling good and in living life to the full! 

​

Expect to feel balanced, calm and refreshed after a class with me.

​

I'm an experienced yoga teacher with training in vinyasa, yin, sport rehabilitation, injury prevention, pre-natal yoga, children's yoga, restorative yoga and yoga nidra.

​

I have a special interest in anatomy, functional movement, keeping our bodies mobile and active for as long as possible, alongside helping overcome the symptoms of stress and anxiety.

​

GENTLE VINYASA YOGA

Gentle vinyasa is perfect for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. Get ready to stretch and strengthen your body.

Classes are perfect for beginners as options are available to modify poses and we take it at your own pace.

Often the hardest part is finding time for yourself and rolling out your mat, so go ahead and book today.

SLOW AND STRETCHY YIN YOGA

With this slow and stretchy Yin class you will improve flexibility and promote healing and strength in the joints through passive stretching. 
Take a step away from the noise of everyday life.
Blankets, pillows and cosy clothes are welcome.
