Hi , I'm Leigh, Welcome to Soul Therapy !

​

I'm here to help you discover the many physical and mental heath benefits of a regular yoga and Pilates practice, in a safe, supportive, friendly environment.

​

My philosophy is rooted in BALANCE!

In movement, in our minds , in our nervous system , in feeling good and in living life to the full! 

​

Expect to feel balanced, calm and refreshed after a class with me.

​

I'm a qualified, experienced Pilates and Yoga teacher with training in Classical and Contemporary Mat Pilates, and many different styles of Yoga including vinyasa, yin, pre-natal yoga, children's yoga, restorative yoga and yoga Nidra.

​

I have a special interest in anatomy, functional movement, keeping our bodies mobile and active for as long as possible, alongside helping overcome the symptoms of stress and anxiety.

​

Let's find balance and harmony in our lives.

Join me for a gentle flow Yoga class or a relaxing Yin Yoga class suitable for all levels of ability, or maybe you want to strengthen your body using the mind and body practice of Pilates to encourage strength and mobility well into our later years.

Regularly practicing Pilates and Yoga has many benefits. From increased focus to improved flexibility, we all benefit differently. Have a look at the classes I teach throughout the week to see what works for you.

Whether you're experienced or a complete beginner - the welcome is ALWAYS warm!!

GENTLE FLOW YOGA

Gentle flow yoga is perfect for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. Get ready to stretch and strengthen your body.

Classes are perfect for beginners as options are available to modify poses and we take it at your own pace.

Often the hardest part is finding time for yourself and rolling out your mat, so go ahead and book today.

We have classes every Monday evening 7.30-8.30pm and every Thursday morning

10 -11am with a hot drink afterwards.

Spots are limited so just send me an email and i'll get you booked in.

PILATES

Join me for a feel good Pilates class, strengthen your body and improve flexibility and mobility in a friendly, welcoming environment.
