Yin yoga is a stilling practice that cultivates space within both body and mind, whilst increasing flexibility, range of motion in your joints and body awareness
A great balance for any hectic lifestyle, Yin yoga focuses on releasing connective tissue in the body (ligaments, tendons, fascia and joint capsules)
Poses (mainly seated) are held for longer periods (from 3-5 minutes), allowing the student to relax into the pose
Bolsters, blocks and blankets will be provided.
